Lost and Found Birds

Guidelines for posting a lost or found bird notice:

1. This posting area is for found or missing birds in the greater Capital Region only.
2. Lost/Found notices will be displayed for six months or until the bird is found.
3. Notices will be posted in reverse date order with the most recent first. 
   
4. Poster must provide local contact information (including first name, phone number, email, etc.), description of bird, date and location lost or found, and any special characteristics of the bird that might help identify it.
5. Lost or found bird notices should be emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Note: missing birds may show up miles from where they were originally lost.  Keep this in mind should you sight a bird meeting the description of any posted on this page.
